Introduction

At Lymphedema, Oncology & Occupational Therapy Professionals, we are committed to providing timely, professional, and personalized care in the comfort of your home. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we ask that you review and follow our policies regarding late arrivals and cancellations.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Our therapists allow a 10-minute arrival window to accommodate traffic or routing delays.

  • If you are not home or available within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment, your session may be canceled and counted as a no-show.

  • Please provide any necessary gate codes, access instructions, or parking information in advance to avoid delays.

  • Sessions that begin late due to client unavailability may be shortened to remain within the scheduled timeframe.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If a therapist arrives and the client is unavailable or does not respond, the full session rate will apply.

  • Emergencies may be considered for exceptions at the discretion of the therapist.
